Loose Lab-Grown Opals

Loose lab-grown opals polished as smooth cabochons, each cut to order in the calibrated size you choose. Choose milky white, clear crystal, warm orange fire or dark black opal, in oval, round, cushion, pear, heart or marquise shapes, from £170. Opal is October's birthstone.

Opal is softer than sapphire, at about 5.5 to 6.5 on the Mohs scale, so it is best suited to pendants and earrings, or a protective setting for a ring. Set your opal in one of our pendant settings, or ask us about a bespoke design.
