1-Year Warranty

Every piece of Juvetti jewellery is covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery. This includes:

• Manufacturing defects

• Gemstone setting faults

• Clasp or chain issues due to workmanship

If you experience any issue related to craftsmanship within this period, we will repair your piece at no cost.

Note: Our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental impact or unauthorised alterations.

Lifetime Service

We offer lifetime servicing to preserve the beauty and longevity of your piece. This includes:

• Cleaning and polishing

• Prong tightening and gemstone setting checks

• Replating (for vermeil)

• General repairs, such as clasp replacement or resetting gemstones

After the warranty period, we offer lifetime servicing for a modest fee. Repairs typically range from £20–£50, depending on the work required. We’ll always share a quote for your approval before proceeding.

We want your jewellery to last a lifetime and remain as beautiful as the day you received it.

How to Request a Repair or Service

To initiate a warranty claim or request servicing:

1. Email us at contactus@juvetti.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

2. Attach a photo of the item if possible.

3. We’ll guide you through the next steps and provide a shipping label.

For international customers, return shipping costs may apply after the warranty period.
